Surely nobody loved life more than Frank Browne. His commitment to public service gave him an extraordinary drive to bring about change despite the umpteen hurdles life threw at him in the form of illness and mistreatment. His many wonderful achievements for communities in his short life is truly inspiring. It was a privilege to have known you, Frank! I will always miss you, you were a kindred spirit, the brother I never had.
